This bag has been made by Spanish craftsmen in Ubrique, usingthe highest quality leather.

Variations in the colour or grainare to be expected ana make each and every piece unique.

Store it in the dust bag provided when it is not being used to help perserve the leather. Treat it with loving care and it will last forever.

Spain (peninsula) and Portugal

• If you place your order before 9 am, it will arrive the following day. If you place your order after 9 am, it will arrive in 48hrs.
• Deliveries are free of charge in orders above 30 euros.

*Outlet products will always have 4 euros of shipping costs in orders below 80 euros.

*Shipping times may increase in sale periods.

Europe

• Depending on the country of destination, the delivery period is 2 to 5 days.
• Deliveries are free of charge in orders above 150 euros.
• If applied, customs office expenses will be assumed by the customer.

Special periods

In special sales periods (sale, outlet, promotions…) shipping terms may be increased.

Customized products

Those products that have been customized with our monogramming service will need 3 extra days to be shipped.

Exchanges

Is it possible to exchange my items? Do I have to pay for it?

The first size exchange is FREE.

Make your request for the exchange within 30 natural days after reception of the shipment, and we will send you the desired size within 5 working days.

If you want to exchange models or colors we will refund you the amount of your shoes and you can order the style you want on your own from our website. ​

You can also exchange items included in the " Premium Sales" or "Outlet" sections. However, if we do not have your size in stock, we will give you a voucher code without expiration for the corresponding amount.

Returns

If needed, is it possible to return my order? Do I have to pay for returns?

Of course it is possible to return your order! Requests for returns must be made within 30 natural days after the reception of the shipment. 

You can make a free return if you leave your order in our store or if you use your own logistic company. If you decide to use our logistic company we will deduct a small amount of money from the corresponding refund for the return costs. This quantity will be 9 € in the case of Spain or Portugal and 13,50 € per product in the rest of Europe.

Items included in the " Premium Sale" or "Outlet" sections cannot be returned.Customized products cannot be returned.
