Can I exchange my items?
Of course! The first size or color exchange is FREE. If you want another style, you must place a new order and indicate the new order reference in your return request so that no return costs are charged.
Inside the package you will find a card with the instructions to exchange an item for a different size. Please, fill in the card and put it inside the package. Then, please, send an email to email@example.com with your order number as the subject and including the following information (you could find it in the order´s confirmation):
SPAIN AND PORTUGAL
We will arrange the shipment of the new size on the following days. You will receive an email indicating the day the new pair will be delivered. When the carrier arrives, you need to give him the package you want to return and he will deliver you the new size.
REST OF EUROPE
We will handle your exchange request within 24-72 hours. Please fill the return card and place it inside the box. Prepare your order and stick on it the shipping label you have received. A carrier will collect your package (in 24-72hs) and as soon as it arrives at our warehouse, we will start the exchange process.
**You can also exchange your item for a different size in our stores in Argensola 15, Madrid and Sorní 7, Valencia.
Can I return my items?
Of course! Requests for returns must be made within 30 natural days from the shipment of the order. You will get your refund in about 14 days though the same payment method you used to make the purchase. Please remember that items must be returned in the same conditions as they were delivered.
Items included in the "Premium Sale" or "Outlet" sections and customized products cannot be returned.

To request a collection, send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org with the order number on the subject and specifying the collection address and a telephone number. When the collection request is made, you will receive an email with further information for the pick up.
As soon as we receive the items in our offices, we will process the refund, deducting the return costs.
