Shipping and delivery

Spain (mainland) and Portugal

  • If you place your order before 9 am, it will be delivered on the following day. If you place your order after 9 am, it will be delivered in 48 hrs. Deliveries may take 24 additional hours for Portugal and some other regions in Spain .
  • Deliveries are free of charge in orders above 30 euros.

*Outlet products will have an additional shipping cost of 4 euros in orders below 80 euros.

Rest of Europe

  • Depending on the country of destination, the delivery period is from 2 to 5 days.
  • Deliveries are free of charge in orders above 150 euros.
  • Any additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by the customer.
Special periods

In special sales periods (sale, outlet, promotions…) shipping times may increase.

Customized products

Please allow 3 extra days for products that have been customized with our monogramming service.

Exchanges

Can I exchange my items? Do I have to pay for it?

Requests for exchanges must be made within 30 natural days after reception of the order. The first size exchange is FREE, however, if you want to exchange models or colors we will refund you the amount of the shoes and you will have to place a new order on the website.

You can also exchange items included in the " Premium Sales" or "Outlet" sections. However, if we do not have your size in stock, we will give you a voucher code without expiration for the corresponding amount.

Customized products cannot be returned.

To exchange the size of your item please follow the instructions below:

SPAIN AND PORTUGAL

Inside the package you will find a card with the instructions to exchange an item for a different size. Please, fill in the card and put it inside the package. Then, please, send an email to europe.store@mintandrose.com with the following information: name of the person who made the order, order number, returned product and new size desired.

We will arrange the shipment of the new size on the following days. You will receive an email indicating the day the new pair is delivered. When the carrier arrives, you need to give him the package you want to return and he will deliver you the new size. 

EUROPE

Inside the package you will find a card with the instructions to exchange an item for a different size. Please, fill in the card and put it inside the package. To request a collection, please send an email to returns@mintandrose.com with the order number on the subject and specifying the collection address and a telephone number. Once you have requested a collection, you will receive an email with the return label and the collection information. 

As soon as we receive them at our offices we will process the exchange. 

*Should you decide to send the package on your own, please take into account that you hold full responsibility until the package arrives at our facilities. The shipping address is: CALLE PILAR MIRÓ 3, PARCELA 18, 47008 VALLADOLID, SPAIN.

**You can also exchange your item for a different size in our flagship store in Argensola 15, Madrid.**

Returns

If needed, can I return my items? Do I have to pay for returns?

Requests for returns must be made within 30 natural days after reception of the order.

Items included in the " Premium Sale" or "Outlet" sections cannot be returned.Customized products cannot be returned.

If you want to return your item please follow the instructions below:

SPAIN AND PORTUGAL

Inside the package you will find a card with the instructions to make the return. Please, fill in the card and put it inside the package. Then, go to the “Deliveries and Exchanges” Section on our website and download THIS DOCUMENT. Fill it in and send it to returns@mintandrose.com with the order number on the subject. We will arrange the collection and send you an email with the day that the courier will collect the package.

As soon as we receive the package, we will process the refund, deducting 9 euros for return costs.

EUROPE

Inside the package you will find a card with the instructions to make the return. Please, fill in the card and put it inside the package. To request a collection, send an email to returns@mintandrose.com with the order number on the subject and specifying the collectionaddress and a telephone number. When the collection request is made, you will receive an email with the return label and the collection information.

As soon as we receive the items in our offices we will process the refund, deducting 13,50 euros for return costs.
